Noor Khan was elected as Penrhyn Road Officer on Friday with a majority 723 votes, amid much controversy around his reinstatement in office. Khan, 32, who ran as Vice President for Learning and Teaching over the 2014/15 period was nominated from the votes which ran between 9-13 March.
